"WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS..."
Last night was Game 7 of the NBA Finals, a matchup between two of the best teams in the league, Detroit and San Antonio. Now throughout the Finals, one couldn't help but to notice a large contingent of Detroit fans of Indian decent coming to the bar to watch the games (I learned later on that the Detroit area has one of the largest Indian, and when I say Indian, I mean of Asian Indian decent, populations in the U.S.). In any case, last night was no different in that the Detroit fans came out in full force in support of their team. It was a close game throughout, but at the end, San Antonio ended up winning the championship. At the end of the game you could hear a pin drop as the dejected Detroit fans walked out single file like robots. Talk about clearing out the place!
Other than that, there was little to report as the night went smoothly and without incident. I know that comes as a shock for most of you, but yes, it does happen every once in awhile. :(

Why stop at Thursday nights? You might as well track down the Rockstar Porter too while you're at it....
