The title seems to hold true as I've been noticing over the past few months an ever-increasing number of former reality D-list TV stars strolling around the neighborhood, in many instances on more than one occasion. My general rule of thumb: If I see you once, then you are merely a passerby. If I see you on several occasions, then chances are you are living in the neighborhood. In the past week alone, i've seen five ex-Amazing Race members (including a winner), two ex-Big Brother members (including a winner), a former Survivor member (and winner), a couple of Real World rejects, An Average Joe and some Single in the City wannabes.

Does one of the requirements of being on a reality show include having to move to Murray Hill after leaving your show? I think i'll ask that question the next time I see a reality show reject (which could come as soon as today).....
It's a scorcher today- I was outside earlier handling some deliveries and i'll be damned if I didn't see the devil himself. Let's light a candle and say a prayer to our air conditioning system... I hope it holds up. And tomorrow is supposed to be worse.
Did anyone get a chance to meet REDBULLDIVA last night? All I can say is DAMN... If you don't know who i'm talking about, stop by next Monday and check her out for yourself.
