DAMN I'M BEAT....
Yesterday I found myself running around Manhattan like a mouse in a maze. I had to go from one end of the city to the other, running errands and such. Pain in the ass, but necessary. Thankfully I was able to get most of my stuff done before the rains came...
Tuesday night was DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS, and while the wet weather kept the crowds to a minimum, there was a very nice selection of females that made the shift that much more bearable. I had another doorman working last night, which came in handy since my foot was throbbing from running around all day (you remember, that unfortunate incident at Macy's the other day?) and I needed to get off of it for awhile. Luckily for me, my SAUCONY sneakers were delivered today (thanks a bunch to SEXY BLONDE'S dad for the righteous hook-up), so when I put them on, my foot felt that much better.
As far as scoops go, there isn't too much to report; HOWEVER, I do have a celebrity BLIND ITEM to share: What famous CEO of a company that is a leader in both the internet/cable industry was seen escorting a rather hot blonde out of the neighborhood restaurant, known for its rather LARGE burgers? The CEO was seen "strolling" with the hot blonde (probably half his age, mind you) around the corner and across East 35th Street, into an apartment building, while his driver waited patiently outside, engine running? And it AIN'T the first time... Hmmmmmmm.....
And another BLIND ITEM to tantalize you: What famous rock muscian and former neighbor to the bar has been seen strolling around the old neighborhood again? There has been at least three sightings of this person within the last two weeks.... Hmmmmmm....
WEDNESDAY: Ipod Night is upon us again. Every Wednesday night we offer $3 Amstel Light and Heineken drafts, and at the same time, we offer anyone with an IPOD a chance to play DJ and spin their favorite tunes.
