GOOD FUN TO BE HAD TONITE!
Last night was a pretty busy night at the bar; With DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS on Tuesdays, there is usually a pretty good crowd. However, with the private party that took place last Tuesday, some of the regulars were put off by the fact that they couldn't enjoy their dollar drafts. So the phone was ringing off the hook throughout the day from people asking if DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS was back on. So after work, the place was mobbed with groups of people, enjoying their mugs. It was nice to see the place back to normal. Even MADAME X, who's been laying low the past few months, made an appearance to enjoy the nectar of the Budweiser gods.... NOTE TO SELF: Don't mess with dollar mugs!
TONITE: We have a special surprise: MR. TANQUERAY and THE POPE OF MURRAY HILL will be guest-bartending along with MASTER THESPIAN from 5pm-9pm! The last time these two characters guest bartended was in the early part of the summer and it was a comical success. They have even brought in their own DJ for the occasion. So join us for $3 AMSTEL LIGHT/ HEINEKEN AND MOLSON CANADIAN drafts all night long. You may want to bring a camera for the occasion. The over/under on how long THE POPE lasts without getting winded is about an hour and a half. Join us!
