i do a 2 minute monologue and 5 minute scene each performance... all in all the show's pretty funny, it runs about an hour and 15 minutes or so... no charge, totally free... i'm down for beers afterwards, so let me know...
i'm in the first group of monologues, so i'm literally up and running at 6:45ish... the monologue is the thing to c too, you'll get a kick out of it...

ON ANOTHER NOTE: I posted something earlier about a friend who very recently had a bad situation happen to her; I decided to post it here instead of the last post because I didn't want it to get lost in the shuffle of the Sunday recap.
In a nutshell, she was involved in an apartment fire last week and lost everything she owned in the fire. So while she was lucky enough to be safe, she's now without anything. So I am taking up a collection of items that could be useful to her while she gets back on her feet. Some of the things she can use right now involve basic necessities such as the following:
-blankets/sheets
-socks
-clothing (she wears size 6 in pants, med. sweatshirts, pants, etc).
-winter jacket or coat
I've know her a couple of years and she's here in NYC alone (originally from the midwest). She's a great girl and she would probably kill me if she knew I was doing this, but hey, if we can't help our our fellow brother/sister, then what's the point?
If you have any extra things lying about that you aren't using or don't need, feel free to drop off those items (attn: Swanfather) at the bar. I am sure she will greatly appreciate them. Thanks in advance!

As it's been my appointed pseudo name, I did finally see American Psycho last night. WTF!!! I mean there are some similar characteristics…I just can’t decide if it’s his fine taste in music legends like Phil Collins and Huey Lewis and the News or if it’s his impeccable taste in New York eateries.
As for the site just blowing up, what can I say…I’m spreading the word my friend! One bum, hooker, co-worker, and drug induced Park Avenue debutante at a time
