NUFF SAID

*p.s. : Just saw the brawl at MSG between the Denver Nuggets and the NY Knicks (and in between, a basketball game was played). The announcers kept referring to CARMELO ANTHONY's "haymaker" on a Knicks' basketball player. That got me to thinking: Where does the term "HAYMAKER" come from? Hmmmmm....

Swanfather,

When I was a kid, fights in sports usually ended in some big time shots being landed. Nettles, Munson, Fisk, Rose, The Flyers, the dastardly Kermit Washington, etc. Now things are different. That Carmelo man slap you talk about was just so lame. He threw a Rick James slap and then ran. What happened to fighting in sports? Where did it all go wrong?

NBA players now-a-days are complete pussies. Any "street cred" that those players had is now out the window. The only people who aren't laughing at them are the people who hang on their coat tails.

I'm a girl and I think I could of slapped him better (that is if I could of reach this 6'7'' tall ass. Maybe I will just stick to kicking at knee caps).
