Last night was a very busy night because we were swarmed with advertising types, celebrating the holidays; From about 6:30pm until about midnight, the bar was packed with young executives, partying the night away thanks to the old favorite: the corporate card. Most of the young executives were from one of the local ad agencies, one with a history of partying hard and last night was no exception.
I had a fly-by visit from BABY GIRL, who happened to help fill out some of the missing details from Sunday night's Holiday Party. Many of the details were quite funny (including the one tidbit about her and SILENT BOB taking a major spill on the floor while cutting up a rug). The SILENT ONE showed up later in the evening and pretty much confirmed what BABY GIRL said about the tumble on the floor. I'm pretty sure I saw someone fall on the floor- but then again, it happened a few times during the course of the night, so who knows for sure?
Other people stopped by, thanking me for a great time on Sunday. Some people stopped by and to be quite honest, I don't even remember seeing them there. I guess that sums up how I was feeling that night. A good time was definitely had by all.
That being said- everyone was having just as much a good time last night. Lots of dancing, car-bomb shots, birthday toasts (it was P-DIDDY's birthday) and a few hook-ups as well. A typical holiday office party gone wild. Good stuff.
Don't forget about tonight- THE MAYOR OF MURRAY HILL and MR. TANQUERAY will be guest bartending this evening, and it should be a good time. 5pm is the estimated start time. Stop by and check them out! Bring a camera!
