It's Day 16 in my annual No-Juice January fast (no alcohol for the month of January). Things are going smoothly- partly due to the fact that I've been sick the past few days and haven't had any craving whatsoever for a drop of booze. Halfway home.

JANUARY 30: 2nd Anniversary of "the blog"
JANUARY 31: TV debut of MASTER THESPIAN on "The Knights of Prosperity" (9:30pm, ABC)
FEBRUARY 1: TV debut of MR. LOW KEY and myself on "30 Rock" (9:30pm, NBC)
