LAST SUNDAY's PICS and A BIT OF OLD SCHOOL...

I was scanning the channels a few minutes ago and came across one of my favorite TV shows of all time, SOUL TRAIN. And not just SOUL TRAIN, but the original stuff from waaaaaaaay back in the day, with the host with the most s-o-u-l, DON CORNELIUS! Watching home boy interview his guests with that cool, mellow "Quiet Storm" voice, brought back memories of my innocent youth, back in the 70's, where life was much simpler than it is now. And the music.... back then, music was MUSIC, fresh with guitars, horns, drums, etc. None of those computerized music machines the kids use today. And look at those outfits! Tell me a brotha couldn't hook it up back then. Man, don't get me started. *sigh* Damn, I miss my 'fro.

Tell me home boy wasn't "flossin'" with that tricked out 'fro?!

On another note, Here are some photos from last Sunday afternoon. The Sunday Brew Crew as in full effect yet again, with another afternoon of loud obnoxious fun. I'm sorry I didn't get to post an update sooner; That Sunday was a long one for me as I found myself falling ill throughout the course of the day and by the time all was said and done, I was pretty much wiped out for what turned out to be most of this week (still not 100%). I haven't been this sick in years so I guess I was overdue.

PRINDY and ANGRY BLACK looking not-so-angry

T-BILL, JEFFREY DAHMER, AFRIKA BAMBATTA and NAPOLEON DYNAMITE, sharing laughs...

T-Bill's wager sheet....

PRINDY caught in between "Frick and Frack"

Yours truly, looking like death warmed over....

Looking forward to more hijinks tomorrow afternoon. Hope to see everyone there!

Hmmm, never seen man boobs in an Under Armor shirt before...

That sure means a lot... coming from a grown man/boy who sleeps with (and dry humps) his teddy bear on a regular basis...

I would never dry hump my teddy bear, just the roommate, while she's sleeping... And I might be fully grown physically (except for the expanding waistline) but I'm still a college student at heart (sans the studying).
