It looks as if winter has finally decided to show up, with brutal cold temps falling as low as 15 degrees (it's currently 19 degrees at the time of this posting), with no relief in sight in the very near future. All we need now is some snow and we'll be back to normal for this time of year. It's about time.
The temps didn't seem to keep people away from the bar for dollar drafts though; while it wasn't your typical crazy Tuesday night, it was a good turnout, considering the swift weather change.
I got an impromptu visit from BABY GIRL, who dropped off a very nice gift for me (a care package of sorts); I was very surprised and touched by the gesture. It made my night. Thanks again, B.G.!
AMERICAN IDOL began it's yearly run for its next big star last night. Question of the day: Do you really care?
We are down to the "final four" for the NFL Championship, with INDIANAPOLIS, NEW ENGLAND, NEW ORLEANS and CHICAGO remaining. Both conference finals will be played this Sunday, beginning at 3pm. Should be a big day of hardcore football. We will also open a tad bit earlier than usual this Sunday, beginning at 11am for the huge rivalry soccer match between MANCHESTER UNITED and ARSENAL, so for you English Premier League enthusiasts, come on by!
