Follow the daily interactions of an affable bar manager of pretty cool and not-so-typical watering hole in NYC, in a not-so-typical neighborhood, Murray Hill. There may be some blurbs overheard at the bar, stimulating observations and random thoughts on random things. So be careful, you never know what might end up here....Enjoy and welcome to my world!

Getting my culture on...
On Wednesday I found myself fitting some cultural time into my schedule by going to MOMA to check out the outdoor art/film exhibit "Sleepwalkers" by Doug Aitken. It was an outdoor exhibit where a film was projected on the outside walls/windows of the museum. To learn more about the exhibit and what it's all about, click HERE
The storyline of the exhibit was one of those "snapshot-day-in-the-life" of several New Yorkers going through a typical day, at the same time. Eight different lives, same time of day/night. Interesting. It probably would have been even more effective had it been warmer (perhaps the Spring season?). But interesting, nevertheless.
Of course, my crappy camera work does the exhibit no justice. If you get an opportunity, check it out. Cool stuff.
