YET ANOTHER CRAZY DAY IN MURRAY HILL...

It seems every weekend the quiet peaceful community we know as Murray Hill is shaken up with some kind of craziness. Between the nutcases running around stabbing innocent bystanders, to overanxious cab drivers mowing people down on sidewalks, to ridiculous early morning construction by Con Edison loud enough to wake the dead, the madness doesn't seem to end.

This time it seems that some poor woman got mowed down by a car while she was trying to cross East 35th street. Luckily for her, there were plenty of good Samaritans around to help out. Within minutes, an ambulance and the FDNY showed up to assist her. And the driver did the right thing by sticking around to make sure she was alright (for a change).

Crazy stuff.

It was nice of Michael Wilbon to direct traffic.
