ANOTHER LAZY WEDNESDAY

Yesterday was one of those kick-back Wednesdays where nothing crazy took place. The bar itself was steady all afternoon, due to the Big East Tournament; Folks representing various schools trickled in and out in between games, and the regulars popped in for a few as well. Topic of the day: Of course, ELIOT SPITZER, our disgraced governor.



I decided to play around a bit with the camera- it's been a while since I posted a pic or two. GROUP PHOTO (from l to r.): MR. LOW-KEY, THE SPIN DOCTOR, THE MAYOR OF MURRAY HILL, SWANFATHER, DALE EARNHARDT, JR., SILENT BOB and MR. CHIPS.

Wednesday night was much of the same; steady but not spectacular; Another laid-back Wednesday night, filled with Big East Tourney visitors.

REDSKINS GIRL was working behind the stick and I have to give her credit; she's getting better and better each time. One less glass gets broken and she has a great personality behind the bar. We also got a visit from BABY GIRL, who'd just gotten back from ITALY on business. HORNY GOATWEED was back to his old self, chasing out women and doing his usual antics. We need to get him a TV really soon or else I'll have to give him a time-out.

Looking forward to Thursday. Speaking of which- Sam Adams Light Promo tonight. 8-9:30pm. Sam Light Buckets (5/$15.00). Plenty of giveaways and plenty of College Basketball to watch. Should be good stuff. It's also "LITE NITE THURSDAY" with $4.00 light beers (all brands, both bottles/drafts), from 4pm-10pm.
