It's late Wednesday night and I've decided to try and blog again from the bar. Things are winding down a bit and now is as good a time as any to jot some quick notes about what's going on here.
Currently typing and chatting with a lovely young woman, who moved here from L.A. very recently. Cute blonde. She thinks that Third and Long is "cute".
Vibe for tonight is pretty chill; various small groups holding conversations; others are watching TV. The jukebox has been getting a lot of extra love lately which is cool as well. Nothing worse than getting yelled at for my IPOD selections.
Our resident doorman/actor just returned from a long hiatus as he pursued a successful off-Broadway run of Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five" (which received terrific reviews, by the way). His presence is much welcomed and I'm sure his groupies w
ill welcome him back with open arms. I was going to post a pic of our dear friend but I just realized that I don't have one of him. That will have to be rectified. (strike that- here he is)>>>>>>>>>>>(Ladies, behave yourselves).
Just got a flyby from TURBO, who just came home from work. He's one interesting character- enjoyable to talk to and definitely unique.
It's getting more and more difficult to finish this post so I'm going to close it out for now. Will shoot another update in the morning.
