GREAT WEATHER = GOOD TIMES
Last night was one pretty good night. For starters, you couldn't ask for better weather than we had yesterday. With temps reaching 75 degrees with no humidity whatsoever, Happy Hour at Third and Long was vintage fun. With the windows open and beautiful women walking up and down the avenue with those "tweener" outfits (part winter/part spring), the setting was just right for fun. Add to the mix the rabid hockey fans and Yankee/Met supporters and the bar staff was kept on their toes for most of the night.
My man T-BILL always had the perfect analogy for Spring in New York:
"You know it's officially Spring in New York when on that first warm day of the season, women are walking around town practically naked because they haven't quite figured out how to dress for the weather just yet".
Well said. If last night was any indication of what we should expect, then this is going to be a great Spring. Keep it coming, Mother Nature!

SATURDAY: "Kick the Keg Saturdays (2pm). (12-8pm). $2.00 mugs, ALL BEERS ON TAP!! YANKEES vs RED SOX (3:30pm), MASTERS GOLF, NHL PLAYOFFS (RED WINGS vs PREDS) Saturday Night: Hockey Night in NY: ($3.00 Molson Canadian/$4.00 Coors Light drafts during ALL NHL Playoff games) and NY Mets baseball!
SUNDAY: "Sunday Fun-Day". $4.00 Domestic Drafts ALL DAY LONG!! YANKEES/RED SOX (7PM); NHL Playoffs all day long! MASTERS GOLF FINAL ROUND.
*note: NHL playoff games will NOT have audio during Fri/Sat. telecasts.
