CRY FOR 'TENDER MERCY!

It's ironic that a week after I wrote about the poor tipping habits of some of our more recent patrons (i.e. Interns, Turks, Tourists), that an article in today's New York Post echos the same sentiment. Between the failing economy, more dependancy on credit cards, and general ignorance of the way the bar system works, bartenders across the city are feeling the pinch.
