BLACK FRIDAY, PART DEUX
It's the day after Christmas, typically a busy day for shopaholics and department stores as many of you will return those gifts that didn't quite tickle your fancy or cash in those lovely gift cards. It will also be nice to see some human interaction around the neighborhood as Christmas Day rendered Murray Hill about as dead as dead can be. Not a soul to be found most of the day, all of the stores, restaurants and bars shuttered to observe the holiest of Holy days.
I personally got to enjoy a rare time off, getting to nurse a flu bug that hit snuck up on me the day before and wiped me out. I spent most of my holiday here in NYC, sleeping in bed and catching the occasional movie on TV. I'm pretty sure most of you had a better time of it on Christmas Day and good for you if you did.
Since most folks have today off, we're going to kick off our Happy Hour a bit early, starting at 12 noon and going throughout the afternoon; a perfect tandem with those lovely bowl games and Premier League Soccer we all like to enjoy. So, $4.00 all Draft Beers (except DELIRIUM TREMENS) and Mixed Well Drinks, beginning at 12 noon until 10pm. Another way of wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!
