YET ANOTHER EDITION OF "WTF???"

My buddy Francisco, a bouncer at a bar downtown, will from time to time, come across something in his travels that will cause him to stop and take a photo. Why? Because it needed to be taken. Case in point: He's on his way home from a long night at the bar. You're tired, traveling on the train; the last thing you want to see as you're walking down your block is this:

"Sometimes a short skirt is too short. She's going to need some Anti Monkey Butt Powder to take care of that. 6am Parkchester Train Station, Bronx NY"


Damn son. How do you go to sleep without having nightmares after seeing that??? Only in NY.
