UPDATING THE BLOG...

Sorry for the lack of quality posts the past few days; I've been caught up in trying to deal with bar related stuff and as a result, my posts have fallen by the way side. For example, the paragraph below was written on Sunday...

This past weekend was pretty hectic as you can tell by the pictures in the previous post. While Saturday's World Cup match-up between USA/England was indeed the highlight of the weekend, there were other notable things that took place over the weekend....

For starters, we had a bit of a celebrity sighting. JOHN PARKER WILSON, the former quarterback of the National Championship winning Alabama Crimson Tide, slipped in the bar with his small posse after the USA/England matchup. No one noticed them at first, but my keen-eyed bar staff noticed him and gave me the heads up. He's currently playing back-up with the Atlanta Falcons. To be quite honest, I think they may have been overwhelmed by what was going on at the bar because once they saw the shit-show (better known as the post-match celebration) taking place, they didn't stay very long.

I haven't had a chance to add on to that simply because every time I go to post, something would come up, whether it be a phone call, a visit from a vendor or a patron, World Cup stuff, yada, yada, yada. It's just one of those things I guess. At least I'm busy.

I'll try to make up for it with a quality post tomorrow. In the meantime, we're gearing up for LAKERS vs CELTICS, Game 6 tonight. Will Boston close out the series on the road or will we get that Game 7 that everyone's clamoring for? Stay tuned....

DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS rules the night with $1 Bud/Bud Light mugs ALL NIGHT LONG! Interleague baseball continues with a World Series rematch between the NY Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies. The NY Mets are in Cleveland to face America's Team in what should be a cakewalk. My Indians really suck the big one these days. Ack!

Back to the grind. More updates tomorrow. I promise.

That's It. That's All I Got.
