TUESDAY NIGHT ANGST...

It's Tuesday night and I find myself stressing out already and it's only 8:30am. Why? Because I anticipate a busy night tonight. That should be something to look forward to, right? Perhaps. However, I face another stressful situation as the NBA Playoffs and the Stanley Cup Finals tip off at the same time... again.

I faced a similar situation on Sunday night and fortunately it worked out fine as the bar wasn't as busy as I expect it to be tonight. For starters, it's Dollar Draft Madness, which always packs the house. That also means more patrons clamoring for their games, and the usual requests that comes along with it ("Can I get the sound for this game?" "Can you change this channel?" "Yo Chief, can you put THAT game HERE?"). Drives me nuts.

Of course, me being the visual perfectionist, I have to coordinate all of the TV's and all of the games in a certain way. You'd think I was a Feng Shui expert or something. When all is said and done, it always works out somehow. But with all of the stress that I put myself through thinking about it from now until game time, you could easily mistake me for President Obama trying to find a solution to the BP mess. Sad, isn't it. UPDATE: The Stanley Cup Finals, Game 6 isn't being played tonight as originally listed above; it's on tomorrow night. Huzzah!

HAPPY 30th ANNIVERSARY CADDYSHACK! One of the best comedies of all time turns 30 today! "Caddyshack", starring BILL MURRAY and CHEVY CHASE is one of the most revered comedy films with classic lines like "NOONAN!", "Doodieee! Aw, well don't touch it!", and "Mrs. Crane! You're a little monkey woman, you know that?" and has been making us laugh for years. It's one of those rare films that will make you stop and watch, no matter where it is when you come across it. One of the great ones!

DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS kicks off after work today, with $1 Bud/Bud Light mugs on tap ALL NIGHT LONG! Catch the NBA Finals @8pm!

Now if you'll excuse me, it's STUMPTOWN time!

That's It. That's All I Got.
