With the New York City Marathon coming up this weekend, MATT LONG, author of the great book, "The Long Run", will be here for a Meet and Greet this Friday, November 4th (7-8pm). If you have a copy of the book that you want signed, he will be available for autographs. And if you are running in the Marathon for the first time, he'll also share his experiences from the race as well.
