Last night was another fun Wednesday, filled with Pub Trivia, hook-ups and a hint of debauchery. The night itself started out slowly, however, by 8:30pm, the place was teeming with Pub Trivia buffs, hockey fans and Phillie Fanatics, looking for a victory in Game 1 of the World Series.
Even NACHO LIBRE got into the spirit of the evening. BROOKLYN BREWERY did a fine job with its BROOKLYN PENNANT ALE, and OPIE CUNNINGHAM and ALEX TREBECK were great in running the Trivia. And on top of that, the PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES stole Game 1 from the TAMPA BAY DEVIL RAYS, so it looks as if everyone went home with smiles. A pretty good night after all.
