SUPPORT "TEAM 3RD and LONG" in the fight against MS!

Help us support Frank Long and his team of dedicated bike riders as they gear up to participate in the upcoming "BIKE MS: New York City", a bike ride/fundraiser for MS research.  This is the team's second year participating in BIKE MS: NYC.  Last year, as a team they raised over $9,000.00 after setting an initial goal of $3,000.00, a remarkable feat.

This year ride takes place on Sunday, October 6th, 2013 and Team 3rd and Long is looking to eclipse last year's mark by shooting for a team goal of $10,000.00.  There will be various fundraisers taking place between now and then, but they will accept individual pledges beginning immediately.  To donate to MS Research on behalf of Team 3rd and Long, check out the team page and make your donations HERE.  Any support you can give on behalf of Team 3rd and Long is much appreciated and will go a long way towards helping the team reach their goal.
