SORRY, SORRY, SORRY!
I want to apologize in advance for the sporadic postings this week; it's simply a combination of getting caught up in various projects and hitting the end-of-summer blahs (you know what that is- when you know that summertime as we know it is about to end, so you try to do as much as possible before it does). I promise, that I will be back on track after Labor Day (pinkie-swear).
Speaking of "projects", we installed a new 32" plasma TV yesterday. It was a pain in the ass project, but at the end, it was well worth it as we now have another TV to catch football games with. This TV is situated right above the doorway, which especially helps those customers who were previously out of luck if they sat in the corner of the bar. Make sure you check it out the next time you stop by.
Tonight I will be working with the FIRELADY and TEACHER'S PET, and I promise there will be great drink specials all night long. Last night was a pretty good night for a holiday weekend, so I am hoping for more of the same tonight. The streets were pretty crowded and there were PLENTY of zombies floating up and down Third Avenue, obviously enjoying the big weekend!
