AAHHHH....NOW THAT'S A COLD ONE!

The past week has been a long one for us in that we had an unfortunate situation arise at the worst possible time. Our compressor (that feeds cold beer through the lines to the beer taps) blew out on us, right before the holiday weekend. So as a result, we were stuck with pouring beer that was at the very least, warm, for lack of a better term. And with the holidays falling when it did, the soonest we could get it replaced was today- which made for a long weekend of complaints (understandably so).

Well, I can now say that you will be happy to know that we finally got our new compressor unit installed and the results are fantastic! We now have the taps pouring nice and cold again, just the way you like it! So stop by and have a nice COLD pint and tell me what you think!

Last night I stopped by the hospital to check in on MATT and his family. While his condition is still listed as critical, it looked like he had a good day. He's showing signs of improvement and there's optimism in the air. Like I said before, he's not out of the woods yet, but for anyone who knows him, he's a fighter and he's fighting his way through this. He has some more surgeries scheduled for this week so we'll see how that turns out. The family is staying strong through everything and really appreciates the outpouring of support from everyone. There has also been a good response from volunteers donating blood- keep it coming! Every bit helps!
