HAPPY HOLIDAYS... AMERICAN PSYCHO STYLE

I was invited to a holiday party last night, hosted by one of our regulars, AMERICAN PSYCHO. I was actually excited about going because it meant that I'd actually get out on a Saturday night and it would be interesting (as always) to see the regulars outside the confines of Third and Long.

I ended up going to the party with ANGEL (who looked lovely, btw) and when we arrived at A.P.'s apartment (after making a quick stop at the wine store), the party was well underway with a lot of people (and this was around 9:30pm). Soon after we arrived, some familiar faces began to turn up. SILENT BOB (a very inebriated SILENT BOB) and his lovely wife, DIRTY SANCHEZ, JON CUSACK, BEN AFFLECK and STIFFLER made it to the soiree, with NAPOLEON DYNAMITE and SMURFETTE arriving later in the evening.

Aside from the regulars that I knew, there was an eclectic mix of people in attendance. A nice mix of corporate and creative types were there; a lot of eye candy for both sexes, which always makes for interesting interaction. I got to meet A.P.'s mom, who seemed to be a pretty nice lady (I also see where A.P. gets his energy from as she's pretty perky and quick with the wit).

I eventually left the party sometime after midnight because I got called to the bar for some bar-related issues. But by the time I'd left, the liquor was flooooowing and folks were feeling pretty good (some much more than others, I might add). I have to say, AMERICAN PSYCHO knows how to throw a good party!
