YOU CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE 80'S???
I just read in today's paper that there's a HUGE concert taking place at Madison Square Garden tomorrow night. No big deal, right? Concerts take place at the Garden all the time. However, when you look at the names of the participants in this particular concert, you can't help but to get flashbacks to MTV circa mid 1980's. Check out this AWESOME lineup:
LISA LISA ("All Cried Out", "Wonder If I Take You Home" and the stellar "Head to Toe")
ROB BASE ("It Takes Two"- classic)
INFORMATION SOCIETY ("What's On Your Mind")
COVER GIRLS ("Because of You" and Show Me")
and of course for the "Guido Set",
K7/TKA ("Scars of Love")
JUDY TORRES ("Come Into My Arms")
GEORGE LAMOND ("Bad of the Heart")
CORO ("Where Are You Tonight")
NOEL ("Silent Morning" - Who could forget that "classic"?)
SWEET SENSATION ("Hooked on You")
and last but certainly not least.... AFRIKA BAMBAATAA'S SOULSONIC FORCE ("Planet Rock")!
Talk about a stellar lineup (snarf); All it needs now is BIZ MARKIE, KWAME and KRS One and I'm in heaven. I get goosebumps just thinking about it- makes me want to go out and get a hi-top fade.

Kind of like when they had Elton John play at the Harley 100th here in Wisconsin. Didn't go over too well.
B to the...
what about big daddy kane, kool moe dee, and kid n play?
that would be overkill.
