The SPIN DOCTOR just sent me a clip of a prank that borders on cruel, inhumane.... and pretty funny. Apparently there were two friends who were engaged in a prank war with each other. You know how that goes- one guy pulls a prank on you; you get pissed off and then try to one-up him. Well, as you will see here, one guy goes all out and pulls the ultimate prank on his buddy.
