MONDAY NIGHT BOUNCEBACK?
Are we experiencing a resurgence on Monday Nights?
For years we've hosted DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS on Monday and Tuesday nights in which you could enjoy dollar mugs of Bud and Bud Light all night long. But for whatever reason, of the two nights, Tuesdays would always dominate over Mondays, even though the drink special was offered on both nights.
Recently, however, I've noticed that Monday nights have picked up considerably. More people are finally taking advantage of the cheap drafts and hanging out longer. For example, last night, I happened to notice some "extra-curricular" activity taking place outside of the bar and FIRE-MARSHALL ED in the middle of the scrum, taking care of business, along with the bouncer. So I go down to see if I could be of assistance. While FIRE-MARSHALL ED had things squared away and back to normal, I couldn't help but to notice how packed the bar was. I was impressed. Lots of chicks, lots of new faces; And this was well past midnight.
Could this be a start of a new trend? Stay tuned....
