Follow the daily interactions of an affable bar manager of pretty cool and not-so-typical watering hole in NYC, in a not-so-typical neighborhood, Murray Hill. There may be some blurbs overheard at the bar, stimulating observations and random thoughts on random things. So be careful, you never know what might end up here....Enjoy and welcome to my world!

SPRINGING TOWARDS MARCH MADNESS
Today is officially the FIRST day of SPRING and I have to say without question it was probably the tamest winter we've had in at least ten years. Practically no snow whatsoever this winter and just a few brutally cold nights made Winter of '07 an enjoyable one (unless you are a ski buff).
Today is also the kickoff of the "Big Dance", better known as the NCAA Men's Tournament. I had a bit of a scare early on when I turned on the TV's only to realize that my satellite's weren't hooked up to the games yet. So after a few frantic calls, everything got worked out and we were able to put up all of the available games for viewing. There are guys belly up to the bar with newspapers, pool sheets and fingers crossed. God I love this time of year.
There's a COORS LIGHT promo tonight beginning at 6pm to officially kick off MARCH MADNESS with Coors Light Buckets (5/$15.00), plenty of giveaways and a few surprises to boot! Make sure you join us for some beers and B-Ball!
ON A SIDE NOTE: If you happen to be near a TV at about 6pm, click on the Discovery Channel and you'll catch our own AMERICAN PSYCHO on that great game show, "Cash Cab". Should be funny!
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to some hoops action.
