IT'S PARTY TIME!

Fat Tuesday came to Third and Long with a vengeance as folks were looking to let off steam and have a good time and a good time they had. With the help of the ridiculously priced drink specials (mini-Coronas, 5/$10.00?? $3.00 Hurricane Shots?? and of course, $1.00 Bud and Bud Light Mugs???), great Mardi-Gras themed music blaring over the speakers and tons of beads and leis being passed around, the bar had a genuine feel of a Mardi Gras party.

I can honestly say that the "joint was jumpin'" and we were by far the busiest spot on the block. Not too bad for a Tuesday night, especially Fat Tuesday. While I didn't witness any women "earning their beads", I think everyone had a good time nevertheless.

TONIGHT: "Guitar Hero Challenge", 8pm. Prizes to the top contestants, free to play! $3.00 Mixed Well Drinks (for ladies) and Coors Light buckets (5/$15.00) for all! (Pub Trivia will return next Wednesday night, same time, same place).
