It's September 18th and we are officially just past the halfway mark towards St. Patrick's Day 2010. So of course, we being who we are and finding pretty much any excuse to have a party, are celebrating the occasion tonight with some live music, Guinness and Jameson shot specials and lots of cheer. Not a bad way to kick off a busy weekend.
Last night we hosted a fund raiser for an organization called Tuesday's Children, an organization helping families and children of 9/11. The turnout was pretty large and the crowd, pretty diverse. They partied well into the night and the "talent" (i.e. hot chick quotient) was pretty high. Everyone seemed to have a good time for a good cause. FRENCHY and a couple of his co-workers set up the event and kudos to them for a job well done.
WEEKEND HAPPENINGS:
TONIGHT: "Halfway to St. Patrick's Day party" (see above).
SATURDAY: "Kick the Keg Saturdays" (12-8pm), featuring $2 mugs, ALL BEERS ON TAP*. UFC 103 (9pm), no cover charge!
SUNDAY: "Brew Crew Sundays" featuring NFL games on the Sunday Ticket, $4 Bud/Bud Light drafts during ALL NFL games!
