THE SLOW GRIND...
The night staff and I found ourselves at the mercy of the weather gods as it made our night a painfully slow one. With the weather being as crappy as it was, it more or less sent everyone home in droves and left us with a few brave souls to hang out and watch the Phillies/Dodgers contest on TV. In some aspects it was nice to have a relaxing night at the bar but at the same time, I felt bad for the bartenders who ended up going home with a few sheckels to show for their long night. What can you do? Some nights are good and other nights aren't. It's the nature of the business.
Hopefully the weather gods will cooperate and allow the Yankees/Angels game to take place. That will make up for the quiet night we had on Thursday. Keep the fingers crossed!

FRIDAY: "Weekend Happy Hour Kickoff" featuring $4 Mixed Well Drinks/Domestic Drafts (5-9pm) and of course, the MLB playoff double-header (Philadelphia vs L.A. Dodgers, 4pm, NY Yankees vs Anaheim, 7pm).
SATURDAY: "Kick the Keg Saturdays" (12pm-5pm), featuring $2 mugs, ALL BEERS ON TAP*!
SUNDAY: "Brew Crew Sundays" featuring the NFL Sunday Ticket and $4 Bud/Bud Light drafts during ALL NFL games!
