MOMMA'S GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME...

Mother Nature seems to be making up for her poor showing over the weekend by coming through with a snowstorm that is shaping up to be one for the ages. Manhattan has finally gotten hit with a nice amount of snow and it only seems to be getting worse (averaging 1-2 inches per hour). I find myself holding down the fort as my staff seems to have problems making it into Manhattan due to bad snow. The streets are pretty deserted and while it's pretty to look at, the snow is a pain in the ass to keep clear.

We're keeping the lights on nevertheless for those folks who were able to get out of work early or get the day off entirely. As for Pub Trivia, while the bar will still be open for business tonight, Trivia's been postponed until tomorrow night, so if you were hoping to play, you still have an opportunity to do that.

In the meantime, it's the perfect opportunity for some daytime martinis, a cold draft and to catch some live Premier League soccer (Manchester United vs Aston Villa, 2:30p). Or simply join me and we can bitch at Mother Nature together.
