OPENING DAY LOOMING LARGE!

As Passover kicks off the high holy days for many of you, for me it's another sign of Spring and the coming of, yes you guessed it: baseball season!

The official opening of baseball season falls ironically enough, on Easter Sunday as the nation will watch rival teams face off against one another: Yankees vs Red Sox. The following day will find us enjoying the national pastime with a slew of day games, including the NY Mets in their home opener vs the Florida Marlins.

In honor of Opening Day, we're planning on going "old school" by bringing back a time-honored tradition: offering up free hot dogs and peanuts for the afternoon games. The weather for that day should be perfect for watching baseball, whether it be at Citi Field, or at the bar with the windows wide open. There's nothing like the bubbly feeling of optimism on Opening Day and this year will no doubt be the same.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUARTERS TODAY!

The Champions League is down to its "Elite Eight" as they kick off a home and home series to determine who moves on to the Semi-Finals. Today's matchups include MANCHESTER UNITED vs BAYERN MUNICH and LYON vs BORDEAUX in an all-France affair. Wednesday's matchups feature ARSENAL vs BARCELONA and CSKA MOSCOW vs INTER MILAN. Enjoy $4 Carlsberg bottles/ Killian's Red drafts during all Champions League matches!

After the matches today, stick around for DOLLAR DRAFT MADNESS ($1 mugs, Bud/Bud Light) all night long!

Happy Passover! Don't let the rains get you down; look forward to the beautiful weekend we have ahead of us!

That's It. That's All I Got.
