The crowd was very much into the game on TV and into the "Guess the 1st Goal" game that we set up for the patrons (predict who would score the first goal). Ironically enough, the oddest thing that took place all night was the mini-protest by a group of long-time Dollar Draft Madness fans who didn't know that the long-running tradition had been discontinued. They led the bar in a chorus of boos and "We Want Dollar Drafts" chants. And when I said to them had they gone to "Dollar Draft Madness" when it was still around, then it would still be around now. They couldn't really argue that point, however, it was kinda cool to hear them make plans to start petitions and Facebook pages to bring back the old staple. Bless their hearts.

The winners of the NY Rangers Tickets!
Again, the game was very entertaining and went into overtime and eventually a shootout (won by New Jersey). Nothing like a thrilling finish to end the Viewing Party!
Stay tuned for future Viewing Parties, especially with the Time Warner/MSG deadlock over the NY sports teams on TV.
