KEEPING TABS WITH ICECODEBEER!

One of the common questions when thinking of where to go for a beer is what a particular bar has on tap.  There's nothing more enlightening than knowing that a certain bar serves your favorite beer.  On the other hand, there's nothing more frustrating than going to that same bar and finding out that your favorite beer is out of stock or (gasp!) no longer being carried.

With that in mind, last week I mentioned a new website called ICECODEBEER.com, which will help eliminate that problem for you.  All you need is a smartphone and a QR Reader (free app) and you can "literally" keep tabs on what your favorite bar has on tap and be alerted when your favorite beer "kicks" or when a new beer is "tapped".

With ICECODEBEER, you can also rate a particular beer, learn valuable information about a particular beer, brewery or style of beer, tasting notes, food pairings, etc.  You can even get up-to-date information on events of that particular bar or restaurant.  Best of all:  It's FREE!
