Our good friend KEVIN SWAN will be in town next week to host a great and unique fundraiser in support of his foundation, A Life Story Foundation (ALS awareness/research support). This fundraiser, called "Five Celebrity Chefs, Five Courses, One Great Cause" is an event where each celebrity chef will prepare a single course with a matching beverage for the guests of the evening, with all proceeds going towards the Foundation. With the amount of work and travel that Kevin is involved in for the Foundation these days, it's rare to find him in New York. This is a great opportunity for you to see him and support a great cause at the same time.
