SOMETHING IN THE WATER?

That would be the question of the night as every kind of weirdo made their way into the bar last night at one point or another. While they didn't do anything memorable of note, it was just the vibe of the night. A lot of strange quirks and tics among the masses last night. Weird. I guess you simply chalk it up to "One of those things".

On the other hand, I'm looking forward to our Brooklyn Brewery Promo tonight; I've become fond of Brooklyn Brewery and their line of beers over the years. While considered a microbrewery by many people, they have consistently produced fine, quality brews to the point where they have become well known, not just locally, but nationwide as well. If you haven't had a chance to sample a beer from the Brooklyn Brewery, swing by tonight and check it out.

GOOD NEWS: After the annoying All-Star Break, baseball is back in session with games on tap tonight. And not a moment too soon. The Yankees open up a very important home series against the second-place Tampa Bay Rays, while the NY Mets hit the West Coast with a series against the San Francisco Giants. The British Open (now simply called "The Open") also teed off this morning from St. Andrews in Scotland.

Don't forget- If you inquired about participating in the upcoming SPARTAN RACE in Brooklyn on August 15th, there will be representatives of the Race at the bar tonight at 7pm. Remember, if you decide to participate, $10 of your entry fee will be donated to the I WILL FOUNDATION!

That's about it for now. Time to make the donuts.
