Last night's edition of Pub Trivia was pretty interesting. It started out innocently enough with a casual promotion/tasting of DUVEL GREEN, a new product from Belgium (very tasty, by the way). The brand ambassador (who was also pretty cute) worked the crowd pretty well and got a thumbs up from a lot of the male patrons.
Trivia itself went on without a hitch. Again there were a lot of new faces and a large number of teams competing for the $45 bar tab prize. However, what made this night a bit different than most trivia nights were the obscene number of PDA hook-up moments that took place throughout the night.
Hook-ups a plenty all over the place! Hook-ups between teammates; hook-ups between competitors, strangers grinding at the bar, outside the bar, in the bathrooms... it was as if someone dropped some booty-call juice in everyone's beers. Pretty strange. Folks seem to enjoy themselves though, so at the end of the day, who am I to stop them. Damn full moon.
If you're looking for make-out PDA pics, don't bother. With all of the bumping and grinding going on in the bar, it made even me feel creepy to watch, let alone take a picture. Oy!
Other than that, just another night on the 'Hill.
