TIME-WARNER finally sent a competent repair guy today. He diagnosed the problem(s), took the time to fix all of the wiring AND replace the "dreaded box from hell" and now everything is working fine! Even my internet signal seems to be better.
I am no longer vexed. And that is good for everybody.

The last time I had Time Warner out they sent some hot ass girl to set up my internet connection. Only after she left, in my drunken state, did I realize I had toothpaste all around my mouth. Painfull. Didn't even have a computer desk at the time so she was on all fours in my bedroom.
