IT'S AWNNNNNNN!!!!

All of the hype ends tonight as Game 1 of the American League Championship Series takes place between the Red Sox of Boston and the Indians of Cleveland. A fitting matchup between the two best teams in the American League (both having identical records, with Boston winning the head-to-head series to gain home field), both teams will be starting off the pivotal series with arguably the two best pitchers in the league (Josh Beckett vs C.C. Sabathia).

This best-of-seven series should be a classic as both teams come in loaded with talent and confidence. I predict this series to be a toss-up, going six or seven games. Of course, my fingers are crossed for my Indians, but as I said before, it's definitely a toss up.

GAME 1 begins tonight at 7pm!

GET OFF MY SET!!

I found myself over by Bryant Park this morning; while walking through the park, minding my business and half-asleep (as usual), I all of a sudden find myself startled by this mind-shattering shriek:

"HEY YOU! GET OFF MY SET!"

I look around, puzzled, of course, not knowing who this person was yelling at. I continue making my way through the park when the loud annoying voice bellow out again:

"SIR, GET OFF OF MY SET.....NOW!!!"

This time I freeze, look around and realize that there are people all around me. Not regular people, mind you. But movie extras, tech people, camera people, and this annoying little gnat of a woman, yelling at me. It appears that I've inadvertently walked onto a movie set. Not just any movie set, mind you. But the SEX IN THE CITY movie set, just as they were about to shoot a wedding reception scene.


"Oops. My bad..... " I stammered as I slink off the set and out of the part, feeling the heat from about 75 pairs of eyes.

I hate when that happens.....
