Sorry for the late post. What started out as a simple task of setting out some payouts for some deliveries turned into a full afternoon of errands and tasks, all in the name of making life easier and better for our patrons. It's a never-ending task as things always seem to pop up at the most inopportune time. Call it Murphy's Law.
So now that I got most of what I needed to get accomplished out of the way, I have a few quick minutes to kill before getting ready for Pub Trivia tonight. The bar has been pretty active today, with afternoon soccer fans checking out some international friendlies (Brazil vs Argentina, England vs France & USA vs South Africa for example). As we speak, there are a group of construction workers, throwing back some beers before or after a union meeting (I could never quite tell if they are going to or coming from).
In any case, the bar is set up for Pub Trivia (if you plan on checking it out, get here early as the seats fill up quickly) and I am now in the process of playing around with a new camera we purchased for the bar. My old camera somehow got banged up during the chaos of Brew Crew Sunday and now it no longer works. The new camera is specifically built to withstand rough treatment, and I know that it will take a beating. Let's see how long this one last. We also bought a new TV to replace the one that was slowly dying a painful death. Long overdue. Like I said, there are many small projects that are in the works and we're knocking 'em out one at a time.
That's it for now. More to come.

Are you sure you're talking about the camera taking a beating and not something else, maybe a little more private, intimate, after your rough day?
