Follow the daily interactions of an affable bar manager of pretty cool and not-so-typical watering hole in NYC, in a not-so-typical neighborhood, Murray Hill. There may be some blurbs overheard at the bar, stimulating observations and random thoughts on random things. So be careful, you never know what might end up here....Enjoy and welcome to my world!

CLOSE, BUT NO CIGAR...
It seems that the NY Knicks can't seem to find a way to close out games when they need to.
Once again, the Knicks took the fight to Boston, playing a hard game and literally pushing the host Celtics to the brink of losing, only to have certain victory snatched from them in the last seconds of the game. This loss crushed a packed bar of Knick fans, hoping to steal at least one of the games in Boston so that the Knicks could have the home court advantage when they play at MSG this Friday. Alas, that won't be the case as Friday's game will find NY down 2-0 in their series with the rival Celtics.
Maybe they will find their luck changing much like the NY Rangers did in their Game 3 vs Washington. Stay tuned... Speaking of the Rangers, join us tonight for the Game 4 Playoff Viewing Party (7pm) vs the Caps!
Tonight's game should be INTENSE!
And while we're on the subject of "INTENSE", don't forget about the rematch between REAL MADRID vs BARCELONA this afternoon (2:30pm). Two world-class soccer teams who HATE each other, facing off for the second time in less than a week. It should be a world-class SLOBBERKNOCKER!
Cheers!
